Where I started
At 21, I was earning a decent salary but felt like I was running in place. I was saving money, but it was just sitting there. I knew real estate was the path — I just didn't know how to start without a massive down payment or a family connection in the industry.
The turning point
I spent a year reading every book, listening to every podcast, and building my own analysis spreadsheets. I made mistakes. I passed on deals I should have taken. But I also closed my first property, a small ex-council house cottage, and everything changed. The cash flow was modest, but the proof of concept was everything.
Why I teach
I built Littlerliving because I kept meeting smart, motivated young professionals who were stuck at the starting line.
